Reenactment

Reenactment means to play roles of historical persons or members of historical organisations in order to reconstruct uniforms, equipment and reality of the epoque. It is a perfect way to spend your free time and to learn fascinating historical facts.

Our Association members focus their interest on reenactment of the Polish Armed Forces in the West from the WWII period. That time and facts have had profound influence on our world today and that is the reason of our active interest.

Polish Armed Forces in the West consisted of over 200,000 people towards the end of military activities during the WWII. They were grouped in Army, Navy, and Air Forces. Reaching such size, Polish Forces constituted the 5th military power among the Allied Forces. The most famous units were: 1st Armour Division, The "Desert Rats" Brigade, 1st Independent Parachute Brigade.

REMEMBER!!!

- if you are keen on WWII

- if you are fit and healthy

- if you are disciplined

- if you want to spend time among interesting people

you can become one of us!

BUT BE WARNED:

Historical reenactment is not a funny war game. In order to take part in events, one has to learn history, gather uniform and equipment and do physical exercises.
If you are determined enough - be our colleage.

Playing roles of heroes from Narvik, Tobruk, Monte Cassino, Ancona, Falaise, Chambois, Arnhem we will together make a fascinating and educational travel in time.
